茶多糖的制备方法及其缓解结肠炎的作用机制研究

Abstract
Tea polysaccharides are one of the main active ingredients in tea,and their extraction methods mainly consist of enzymatic hydrolysis enzyme digestion,hot water extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction,etc.By optimizing the extraction scheme,the yield of tea polysaccharide can be significantly improved.In recent years,tea polysaccharide compounds have been proven to alleviate the symptoms of colitis by regulating the structure of intestinal microbiotaflora,inhibiting the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines,reducing intestinal inflammatory responses,and enhancing the intestinal barrier function.This paper systematically reviews the research progress on efficient extraction methods of tea polysaccharides and their mechanism of alleviating colitis.关键词
