Configuration Strategy of Hydrogen Energy Storage Station Based on Load Zone Cooperative Control

Abstract
In order to realize the flexible configuration of hydrogen energy storage system in the grid structure of the power grid and improve the cooperative control ability of multiple resources in the distribution network,it proposes a two-stage allocation decision mod-el of wind-photovoltaic-hydrogen energy storage based on the clustering hierarchical partition theory for the configuration strategy of hydrogen energy storage in the distribution network system of wind and solar power generation.Firstly,the upper layer of the model solves the node partition and hydrogen energy storage location with the goal of minimum network loss,minimum voltage deviation and minimum power fluctuation of the distribution network.Secondly,the lower-level model takes the initial investment cost,maintenance cost and operating cost of the distribution network with distributed generation as the objective functions to solve the capacity configura-tion and operation state.Finally,it uses the meta-heuristic algorithm to iteratively solve the operation strategies of three configuration schemes:hydrogen production from wind and solar power,single hydrogen energy storage,and autonomous mode.According to the wind,solar and load data of a certain place,it analyzes and verifies the configuration strategy,and obtains the configuration results and power distribution of wind-solar-hydrogen energy storage stations under different modes to realize the reasonable layout of hydrogen energy storage.关键词
