Effects of Different Compound Planting Patterns of Pinus massoniana Forest and Medicinal Plants on Soil Physi-cochemical Properties and Microorganisms

Abstract
To explore the effects of compound planting of Pinus massoniana forest and medicinal plants on soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activities and microorganisms,the pure forest area in the same P.massoniana forest was used as the control,and the areas under the forest where Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.,Polygonatum sibiricum and Sarcandra glabra were planted were taken as the research objects.The five-point sampling method was used to collect soil at a depth of 0-20 cm,with 3 replicates for each planting pattern.Metagenomics was used to study the variation law of soil microorganisms,and the differences in soil physicochemical properties and soil microbial communities under the 4 planting patterns were analyzed.The results showed that the compound planting of forest and medicinal plants significantly improved soil physicochemical properties(pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium mass fractions)and enzyme activities(soil catalase,urease and acid phos-phatase).The dominant bacterial phyla in the soil were Pseudomonadota,Actinobacteriota,Acidobacteriota,Chloroflexi and Verrucomicrobiota,and the dominant fungal phyla were Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Mucoromycota and Chytridiomy-cota.The Chao1 index and Shannon index both indicated that there were significant differences in soil microbial diversity a-mong the 4 forest-medicinal plant planting patterns.The results of KEGG functional enrichment analysis showed that at the Pathway Level 3,among the top 10 significantly enriched functional pathways,the most significantly enriched KEGG path-way in the P.massoniana-S.glabra compound planting was bacterial secretion system,the most significantly enriched KEGG pathway in the P.massoniana-P.sibiricum compound planting was microbial metabolism in diverse environments,and the most significantly enriched KEGG pathway in the P.massoniana-E.sagittatum compound planting was ribosome.The compound planting of P.massoniana forest and medicinal plants can change the structure of soil microbial community,increase the nutrients required by plants in the soil,and provide a better growth environment for plant growth.关键词
