Abstract
In 2025,the field of colorectal tumors continued to evolve with precision and personalization at its core,achieving groundbreaking progress across multiple dimensions.These advances have profoundly reshaped clinical practice and signify an evolution in diagnostic and therapeutic paradigms.This article provides a systematic review of landmark research from 2025,focusing on five key themes:the profound transformation of the immunotherapy paradigm,continu-ous breakthroughs in innovative drug development,the stratified optimization of neoadjuvant therapy alongside synergistic advancements in organ function preservation,the optimization of comprehensive management based on molecular subtyp-ing,and the intelligent enhancement of multidisciplinary team(MDT)models.It aims to summarize the critical evidence chain from 2025,analyze its immediate impact on current clinical decision-making,and highlight future research direc-tions and clinical challenges worthy of attention.关键词
