变电站户外箱体温度影响因素研究
Research on Temperature Influencing Factors of Outdoor Cabinet in Substations
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the temperature rise of outdoor cabinets in substation is too high due to so-lar radiation and internal heating of equipment,which leads to equipment failure and safety risk,this paper in-tends to explore the influence mechanism of key factors such as cabinet structure,surface color,heating power and heat source distribution on the temperature in the cabinets,so as to provide basis for the effective control of cabinets temperature rise and the optimization of cabinets design,so as to ensure the reliable operation of equip-ment.Detailed research is conducted on the impact of factors such as cabinet structure,surface color,and heat sources on the internal temperature of outdoor cabinets through model simulation and prototype testing.The re-sults show that when the cabinet adopts a double-layer structure,the temperature rise inside is lower compared to a single-layer structure under the same conditions.The lower the surface emissivity of the cabinet,the lower the temperature rise.Applying an anti-radiation coating to the cabinet can reduce its temperature rise within a certain range.Under the same heating power conditions,a greater number of dispersed heat sources facilitates better heat dissipation.In the absence of heat sources,solar radiation is the primary factor influencing the tem-perature rise of outdoor cabinets in substations.The lower the surface emissivity of the cabinet,the less solar ra-diation it absorbs.Under the same solar radiation conditions,double-layer cabinets exhibit a lower temperature rise compared to single-layer cabinets.Therefore,outdoor cabinets should be designed with a double-layer structure and a light-colored surface.When heat sources are present and their heating power cannot be neglect-ed,the heat sources become the primary factor influencing the temperature rise of outdoor cabinets in substa-tions.With a constant total heating power,the more dispersed heat the source distribution are the more favor-able it is for heat dissipation.关键词
