摘要

Abstract

There are three layout types of main power house for"one tow one"multi-shaft gas-steam combined cycle units which are totally low-level layout,semi high-level layout and double high-level layout.In this article,the design institute focuses on the development and optimization design of the double high-level main power house layout plan,and successfully applied the new layout of"double high-level arranged single span combined main power house for F-class combined cycle power plant".In this plan,both of the gas turbine and the steam turbine are high-level arranged.The steam turbine generator islands of two units are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the main power house,and the gas turbine generator islands of two units are in-line arranged on both sides of the main power house.The recommended layout of main steam and reheat steam system,condenser circulating water system,condensate water system,gland sealing system,auxiliary steam system,closed circuit cooling water system and lube oil system are also presented.This new layout plan can optimize the space utilization,the layout of process,the aesthetics and the convenience of operation and maintenance,serve as a typical optimization of layout for units in the same type.
