AP2/ERF家族转录因子调控植物生长发育功能研究进展
Research progress on the functions of AP2/ERF transcription factors regulating plant growth and development
摘要
Abstract
AP2/ERFs is a unique family of transcription factors in plants,which are named after the AP2 conserved domain composed of 60-70 amino acids.This family of transcription factors has functional diversity in regulating plant growth and development,including promoting seed germination,root development,leaf senescence,flower organ development,fruit development and trichome development.This family of transcription factors also play an important role in various plant hormone signaling regulation pathways.In this review,the gene structure,classification,action mechanism,distribution and quantity of AP2/ERF transcription factors in different plants and their regulatory functions during plant growth and development are reviewed,in order to provide theoretical support for further elucidating the important biological functions and regulatory networks of AP2/ERF transcription factors in plants.关键词
