AgCl/AgBr/CS@ZIF-8复合纸的制备及其空气过滤及抗菌性能
Preparation of AgCl/AgBr/CS@ZIF-8 composite paper with antibacterial properties for air filtration

Abstract
The composite paper was prepared by gelation of chitosan(CS)with paper-based substrate.Zeolitic Imidazolate Framework-8(ZIF-8),AgCl and AgBr were introduced into the paper substrate via in-situ synthesis and precipitation methods.The gelation of CS was effectively immobilization of ZIF-8 onto the substrate,while the ZIF-8 was beneficial to prevent the nanoparticle agglomeration of AgCl and AgBr.The AgCl/AgBr/CS@ZIF-8 composite paper with sandwich-structured was ultimately fabricated through freeze-drying method.The effects of CS content and gas flow rate on the filtration performance of composite papers were investigated,while their stability and antibacterial properties in practical applications were also evaluated.The results indicated that the filtration efficiencies of composite papers to PM0.3 and PM2.5 were 86.49%and 97.54%,respectively,which were prepared with 0.3%CS in CS/paper and pressure of 137 Pa.The AgCl/AgBr/CS@ZIF-8 composite paper maintained structural stability at airflow of 1 L/min to 5 L/min whose filtration efficiencies to PM0.3 and PM2.5 were 96.22%and 99.40%at airflow of 2 L/min.Compared with the typical filtration paper,the filtration efficiencies to PM0.3 and PM2.5 were increased by 41.72%and 11.51%at equivalent conditions,and the optimal quality factor was 0.037 3.The filtration efficiency to PM0.3 and PM2.5 of composite paper retained 82.15%and 99.08%after 20 min of continuous operation.Antibacterial assessments demonstrated the excellent inhibitory effects of composite papers against Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus),with 20.13 mm and 11.92 mm inhibition zones,respectively.关键词
