抗熔滴生物基聚酰胺56复合纤维的制备
Preparation of anti-dripping OMMT/PA56 composite fiber

Abstract
OMMT was employed as a modifying agent to enhance the anti-dripping of PA56 fiber.The spinning chips were prepared by first blending OMMT with PA6 to form a composite masterbatch,then mixed with PA56 chips.Composite fibers with varying OMMT contents were subsequently produced via melt spinning.The chemical structure,thermal stability,and anti-dripping of the fibers were characterized using wide-angle XRD,FT-IR,TG,vertical burning test,and automatic limiting oxygen index tests.The results demonstrated that the incorporation of OMMT effectively slowed the melt-dripping rate and significantly improved the anti-dripping performance of the composite fibers.At OMMT loading of 7%,the combustion of the fibers produced no drips.Both the total heat release and heat release rate were reduced.Although the limiting oxypen index and decomposition temperature slightly decreased,the char residue increased notably.The ratio of ID and IG declined,indicating enhanced graphitization of the char layer.The compact and continuous char layer acted as a thermal barrier,inhibiting heat transfer and reducing melt-dripping speed,thereby achieving the desired anti-dripping effect.关键词
