Signal Detection Method With Low Signal-to-noise Ratio Based on Variable Scale Random Resonance

Abstract
To improve the quality of power line carrier communication,a low signal-to-noise ratio signal detection method based on variable-scale random resonance system is proposed.A variable scale mechanism combines high-frequency signals with the random resonance system,and SGD algorithm optimizes parameters for better signal processing.Simulations show this system can efficiently extract eigenfrequencies from high-frequency signals,especially in low-SNR environments.OFDM signal at 0 dB SNR,the bit error rate drops from 0.504 739 to 0.000 292 773,a reduction of three orders of magnitude.Ultimately,an analysis is conducted to examine the impact of the introduced methodology on the signal phase and the phase difference after random resonance processing is better than that without random resonance processing.The feasibility and efficacy of the proposed method have been confirmed through this series of results in the context of power line carrier communication applications.关键词
