白藜芦醇在运动营养食品中的应用进展
Application progress of resveratrol in sports nutrition food
摘要
Abstract
[Background]With improvements in quality of life,a deepening awareness of health,and the widespread adoption of physical exercise,the sports nutrition food market has continuously expanded.Resveratrol,due to its multiple physiological activities and strong alignment with the demands of sports nutrition,is reviewed herein with respect to its extraction methods and functional properties,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its rational application in sports nutrition products.[Progress]Resveratrol is widely present in various natural plants and exhibits multiple functions,including anti-fatigue effects,enhancement of athletic per-formance,repair of skeletal muscle micro-injuries caused by exercise,prevention of obesity,promotion of muscle growth,and regu-lation of gut health.[Prospect]Resveratrol holds broad application potential in the field of sports nutrition;however,key issues such as effective dosage and mechanisms of action remain to be further elucidated.关键词
