摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The effect of JUNCAO Ganoderma lucidum alcohol extract(JGE)on the spleenic and intestinal flora of immu-nosuppressive mice was studied to provide reference for in-depth research and application of JUNCAO G.lucidum.[Method]The immu-nosuppressive BALB/c mice model were construced by cyclophosphamide,and then intervented with JGE by gavage.After the JGE in-tervention,the biochemical indicators and histopathological phenotypes of mice tissues were measured and observed,and the intestinal flora were investigated by 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing.[Result]At a gavage dose of 200 mg·kg-1·d-1,JGE was contribu-ted to higher proliferation rate of splenic lymphocytes,greater number of splenocytes in the spleen,improvement of damaged spleen and cecum,regulated intestinal flora structure with increased diversity in immunosuppressive mice.Specifically,the abundances of ben-eficial bacteria such as Ruminococcus,Roseburia,Bacteroides,Odoribacter,and Coprococcus were increased,and the abundance of harm-ful bacteria such as Desulfovibrio,Staphylococcaceae,and Sporosarcina were decreased.[Conclusion]JGE was beneficial to the spleen and cecum of immunosuppressive mice,and can maintain the stability of intestinal internal environment by regulating intestinal flora.
