再生纤维素纤维阻燃改性的研究进展与展望
Research progress and prospects in flame retardant modification of regenerated cellulose fibers
摘要
Abstract
Regenerated cellulose fibers are gaining prominence in the textile industry due to their renewable and eco-friendly nature,yet their inherent flammability,limited durability of flame-re-tardant treatments,and associated health and environmental risks hinder broader applications.This review establishes a three-dimensional framework of"bio-based molecular engineeringin-situ modification-nanostructured coatings"to systematically analyze recent advances.It highlights the flame-retardant mechanisms and multifunctional synergies of bio-based molecules such as phytic acid,amino acids,and vitamins.The potential of reactive spinning additives and phosphorylated fillers for enhancing bonding stability and mechanical retention;and the advantages of layer-by-layer assembly,MXene/carbon-based materials,and plasma-assisted deposition in achieving dura-ble protection and intelligent functionalities.Finally,key challenges are summarized,and future directions are proposed in terms of durable interfacial engineering,green process compatibility,and multifunctional synergy.关键词
