Abstract
In the operation of bulb-type tubular power station,in addition to normal power generation,load increase and decrease and other working conditions,it must also have the function of power generation and flow discharge.This paper takes bulb-type tubular turbine unit as the research object,constructs a three-dimensional turbulence model,simulates the unsteady turbulence of the runaway process,and studies the hydraulic characteristics and internal flow field state of the process based on numerical simulation.The results show that the main frequency of each section during the runaway process is 0.28Hz low-frequency pressure pulsation,and the pulsation amplitude of the tailwater section increases 20 times compared with that during power generation.After the runaway begins,negative pressure appears at the root of the guide vane and blade,resulting in flow separation and increased unit instability.The research results can provide reference for the design and operation management of turbines.关键词
