Abstract
Based on long-term observational data from Hezikou Station,a hydrological control station in the upper reaches of the Wuhua river basin, this study partitioned runoff data into flood season and non-flood season periods using hydrological sequence segmentation.Multiple trend analysis methods including cumulative anomaly method,Mann-Kendall trend test, sliding rank-sum test, and ordered clustering analysis were systematically applied to identify variation characteristics in runoff and sediment concentration sequences. The results indicate:①No significant trend variation was detected in basin runoff, while sediment concentration exhibited notable mutation characteristics-with flood season mutation occurring in 1997 and non-flood season mutation delayed until 1999.②The constructed sediment-runoff relationship model revealed significant positive correlations between graded discharge and corresponding mean sediment concentration. However, the slope of fitted curves showed marked reduction post-mutation,suggesting structural changes in sediment transport mechanisms primarily attributed to human interference. These findings provide theoretical support for water-sediment regulation in Wuhua river basin.关键词
