Abstract
Neurodegenerative diseases are structural damage to the nervous system caused by the loss of neurons and/or their myelin sheaths,which progressively worsens over time,leading to dysfunction.Magnetoencephalography(MEG)is a record of the spontaneous neural magnetic field of brain tissue,which is a completely non-invasive and non-damaging brain function detection technology with good temporal and spatial resolution,and has been gradually applied to the early diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.This review mainly describes the clinical application of MEG in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,Multiple sclerosis,Dementia with Lewy bodies,Frontotemporal dementia and Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.关键词
