普通高等学校结核病防控能力现状调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of the current status of tuberculosis prevention and control capabilities in institutions of higher education

Abstract
Objective To understand the current status of tuberculosis(TB)prevention and control capacity building and the implementation of prevention and control measures in institutions of higher education,and to provide a basis for further im-proving the TB prevention and control system and strategies in schools.Methods From June to August 2022,an online survey using a self-designed questionnaire was conducted to investigate the implementation status of TB prevention and con-trol systems in 73 universities in China.SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical description and analysis of the data.Univariate a-nalysis was performed using the chi-square test and Fisher's exact test.Results Among the 73 institutions of higher educa-tion,19(26.03%)had fully implemented all seven school TB prevention and control systems.Among them,66 schools(90.41%)had established a leadership responsibility system where"the top executive holds overall responsibility,and the designated vice president takes specific charge";48 schools(65.75%)had allocated special funds for TB prevention and con-trol;only 40 schools(54.79%)had full-time personnel for TB prevention and control,and the difference among schools in different regions was statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding the implementation of specific prevention and control measures,the TB screening rate for newly enrolled students'entrance physical examinations was 94.52%(69/73),the rate of tracking illness-related absences and their causes was 93.15%(68/73),the screening rate for close contacts was 98.63%(72/73),and the management rate for school re-admission after recovery was 100%(73/73).There were no statistically significant differences in TB prevention and control capacity building and the implementation of measures when comparing schools at different educational levels(P>0.05).Univariate analysis results showed that whether schools conducted knowl-edge training for teachers and students was related to the participation of prevention and control personnel in knowledge training and the tracking of illness-related absences and their causes(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation status of core TB prevention and control measures in universities remains satisfactory,but there is a notable deficiency in the alloca-tion of full-time personnel and special funds.Efforts should focus on optimizing resource allocation and promoting synergy a-mong measures to continuously improve the prevention and control system and promote overall effectiveness.关键词
