儿科患儿家长对儿童流感疫苗的接种意愿及影响因素调查
Survey on vaccination willingness and influencing factors for pediatric influenza vaccine among parents of pediatric patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the willingness of parents of pediatric patients to vaccinate their children a-gainst influenza and its influencing factors,providing references for relevant health education.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling,510 parents of pediatric patients from the outpatient and inpatient departments of the First Affiliated Hos-pital of Huzhou University from June 2023 to June 2025 were selected as study participants.A survey on parents'willing-ness to vaccinate their children against influenza was conducted.Sociodemographic data,vaccine cognition,and vaccination willingness information were collected using a self-designed questionnaire.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify independent influencing factors for childhood influenza vaccination willingness.Results Among the 510 parents,a total of 342 parents were willing to vaccinate their children against influenza,accounting for 67.06%(342/510).Multiva-riate logistic regression analysis showed that parents'perception of vaccine safety(OR=2.024,95%CI:1.274-3.214),children's history of influenza within the past year(OR=2.077,95%CI:1.363-3.166),parents'own history of influ-enza vaccination(OR=2.396,95%CI:1.518-3.784),and parents'knowledge level about influenza and its vaccine(OR=2.517,95%CI:1.681-3.769)were independent influencing factors for parents'willingness to vaccinate their chil-dren against influenza(P<0.05).Conclusion The willingness of parents of pediatric patients in our hospital to vaccinate their chil-dren against influenza is moderate.This willingness is primarily influenced by parents'perception of vaccine safety,children's history of influenza within the past year,parents'own history of influenza vaccination,and parents'knowledge level about influenza and its vac-cine.To increase vaccination rates,it is recommended to continuously promote popular science education on vaccines and health knowl-edge dissemination,thereby enhancing parents'cognitive levels and willingness.关键词
