摘要
Abstract
The role of the oral microbiome in the onset and progression of dental caries has gradually shifted from that of a"commensal"to a"dominant driver".This study, based on longitudinal observation, systematically analyzes four ecological stages from initial colonization to post-restoration recolonization, revealing the dynamic coupling among microbial community structure, metabolic properties, and host environment. The findings indicate that high loads of Streptococcus mutans can significantly elevate the risk of early demineralization in infants;the thick biofilm surrounding orthodontic brackets acts as a catalytic zone for enamel white spot expansion;aciduric bacteria in low-pH microenvironments accelerate mineral loss and drive the formation of deep caries;and the surface roughness and microleakage at the margins of restorations provide secondary ecological niches for recurrent caries. Therefore, the disruption of microbial community ecological homeostasis and the evolution of carious lesions follow a linear progressive relationship, indicating that intervention strategies must be adaptively adjusted according to different stages.关键词
