摘要
Abstract
The paper focused on comparing the pharmacokinetic characteristics of N-acetylglucosamine(NAG)and glucosamine hydrochloride(GH)from biofermentation sources.After intravenous and oral administration,the drug concentration in the plasma of SD rats was measured by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)..After intravenous injection,Cmax,MRT0→t,and AUC0→t of NAG were significantly higher than those of GH(P<0.05);after oral administration,Cmax,and AUC0→t of NAG were also significantly higher than those of GH(P<0.05).The result indicated that NAG had better systemic exposure and absorption rate under both administration routes compared with GH.关键词
