Analysis and Suggestion of Common Problems in Review of Radiographic Inspection Negatives of Nuclear-grade Pipeline

Abstract
The review of radiographic film inspection and reports during the construction phase of nuclear power plants is an important means of non-destructive testing and supervision of nuclear-grade pipelines.According to the analysis of problems identified in radiographic films of pipelines at a nuclear power plant,inaccurate evaluation,pen errors,or non-standard writing accounted for 77.2%of the total cases were founded,which are the key focus of the review.Based on the requirements of inspection and supervision,targeted supervision recommendations are proposed:optimize film reviewers'understanding of standards and quality requirements,establish an assessment mechanism for reporters and reviewers,introduce an independent review process,adopt digital screening tools,and implement measures to prevent human errors.By implementing multi-dimensional measures to ensure the quality of weld inspection supervision,this approach provides a reference for quality control and supervision of non-destructive testing in similar projects.关键词
