Abstract
The flotation of carbonaceous collophane is difficult,mainly due to the dual effects of carbonaceous pollu-tants.On the one hand,the coverage of carbonaceous pollutants on the surface of minerals leads to the homogenization of the surface properties of phosphate minerals and gangues(such as dolomite and calcite),which seriously weakens the flotation selectivity.On the other hand,carbon not only increases the ineffective consumption of the agent,but also its residue will directly affect the product quality of the subsequent phosphoric acid processing.However,the existing research pays insufficient attention to the key links of pre-removal of carbonaceous matter before flotation,and the related technologies are still in the preliminary exploration stage,which seriously restricts the efficient utiliza-tion of carbonaceous collophane.In this paper,a carbon-containing magnesium collophane in Ya'an,Sichuan Province was taken as the research object.The process parameters were optimized by reverse flotation test.TC-2 was used as a decarburization agent,sulfuric acid was used as an inhibitor,and MG-7 was used as a collector.Combined with the closed-circuit process of'2 roughing,1 cleaning and 2 scavenging',the effects of grinding fineness,decarburization agent dosage,inhibitor and collector conditions on flotation indexes were investigated.The results show that when the grinding fineness is-0.074 mm accounting for 70.31%and the amount of decarburization agent TC-2 is 100 g/t,the P2O5 grade of concentrate is significantly increased to 28.03%,the recovery rate is 83.37%,and the tailings grade is reduced to 9.10%.The decarburization pretreatment effectively reduced the mass fraction of organic matter in the concentrate(from 0.83%to 0.59%),which verified the adaptability of the process to the separation of carbonaceous collophane.The research results can provide technical reference for the efficient development and utilization of similar phosphate rock.关键词
