早强型钢渣-矿渣基复合胶凝材料的制备及水化机理研究
Study on preparation and hydration mechanism of early-strength steel slag-slag based composite cementitious material

Abstract
In order to promote the resource utilization of industrial solid waste and reduce carbon emissions in the construction field,a ternary synergistic excitation system was constructed with steel slag powder,S95 blast furnace slag powder and reinforcing agent as raw materials to prepare early strength steel slag-slag composite cementitious materials.The synergistic hydration mechanism of steel slag-slag-strengthening agent was revealed by regulating the dosage of strengthening agent and the ratio of steel slag powder/slag powder,combined with X-ray diffractometer(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analyzer(TG-DTA).The results show that when the dosage of reinforcing agent is 45 g,the dosage of slag powder is 150 g,and the dosage of steel slag powder is 30 g(S8 sample),the synergistic effect of the ternary system is the best.The 7 d flexural strength and compressive strength are 11.00 MPa and 36.76 MPa,respectively,which are 14.1%and 9.0%higher than that of S0 sample,and the 28 d compressive strength continues to grow to 47.31 MPa.Na2O in the strengthening agent generates NaOH through hydration reaction,which significantly improves the alkalinity of the system,accelerates the dissociation of the inert structure on the surface of steel slag,drives the depolymerization of slag glass,and promotes the early nucleation of hydrated calcium silicate(C-S-H)ettringite gel and AFt and the formation of dense interlaced structure.In this study,by optimizing the ratio and excitation path of steel slag-slag-reinforcement,the problem of insufficient mechanical properties of materials caused by steel slag incorporation was solved,which provided a theoreti-cal basis for low-carbon design of industrial solid waste-based cementitious materials.关键词
