固体氧化物电解池电堆内流体均布特性的数值仿真
Numerical simulation of flow distribution in solid oxide cell reactor

Abstract
The uniform distribution of fuel flow in solid oxide electrolytic cell reactor is one of the key factors to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the reactor.By simplifying the gas field model of the stack structure,the flow distribution of the 30-layer stack under two flow forms,U-type and Z-type,and the influence of different inlet and outlet forms on the flow distribution between layers were studied.The results show that,compared with the Z-type flow mode,the flow distribution uniformity between layers is better under the U-type flow mode.Through the comparison of different import and export forms,it is found that the flow distribution of 1 in 2 out is the best.In addition,in the basic model,the cross-sectional area of inlet and outlet manifold was increased to optimize,and the results of flow distribution between layers of the optimized model and the basic model were compared.It is found that the flow distribution uniformity between layers of the optimized structure model is significantly improved.关键词
