International Experience of Blue Flag Beaches and Its Implications
摘要
Abstract
The Blue Flag program is a globally influential certification system for coastal ecology and tourism management,with Blue Flag beaches as its core certification category.This paper draws on the experience of South Africa,Brazil,India,and Japan in promoting and implementing Blue Flag beaches and proposes targeted recommendations for China,including:constructing a technical work system with strong guidance and sound connection;establishing a resource assurance mechanism to break constraints and promote integration;creating a collaborative governance model with multi-stakeholder participation;and advancing localized practices tailored to local conditions,providing theoretical references and practical guidance for integrated coastal management in China.关键词
