摘要

Abstract

The study of microorganisms under the dynamic change of the deep-sea environment requires numerous long-period time series samples.In this paper,a low-pollution extraction and sampling device based on a multifilter membrane capable of filtering seawater samples with an effective diameter of 60 mm 360 times is proposed for deep-sea suspension.Simultaneously,the multilayer filter membrane structure of the filter membrane cover,filter membrane,and filter membrane fixed layer is de-signed to reduce the contamination of non-sampling and sample storage sites.The mechanical structure and control system of the device are designed.Water filtration test results showed that PES(Polyethersulfone,0.45 μm,1 μm)and PTFE(Polytetra-fluoroethylene,0.22 μm)had better water filtration performance.The sampling device completed various sampling actions in the deep-sea high-pressure simulation system,completed sampling tests at six stations in a 1500 m sea area of the South China Sea,and successfully obtained suspended samples in the methane leakage area,providing technical support for research on the carbon fixation,transport,and burial process in the submarine methane ecosystem.
