向开维教授治疗膝骨关节炎经验浅析
A Preliminary Analysis of Professor Xiang Kaiwei's Experience in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Meridian sinews constitute the foundational framework for muscles and tendons,receiving nourishment from qi and blood to sustain the physiological functions of the human skeletal and muscular system.Professor Xiang Kaiwei's approach to bone and joint diseases is rooted in"meridian sinew theory".He posits that knee osteoarthritis falls in the category of tendon disorders and advocates applying the concept of harmonizing tendons and regulating qi and blood into the treatment of bone and joint diseases.He emphasizes meticulous differentiation between deficiency and excess syndromes of the disease and demonstrates proficiency in combining manipulation therapy with acupuncture.This combined approach aims to achieve the effects of strengthening tendons and bones while promoting free flow of qi and blood.The clinical outcomes of this treatment strategy are remarkable,warranting further in-depth study and widespread application in practice.关键词
