基于虚、痰、瘀理论探析刮痧疗法在膝骨关节炎中的应用
Exploring the Application of Scraping Therapy in Knee Osteoarthritis from the Theory of Deficiency,Phlegm,and Stasis
摘要
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative joint disease in clinical practice,with the main manifestations including knee joint pain,swelling,and limited mobility,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients.According to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory,the pathogenesis of KOA is closely related to deficiency,phlegm,and stasis.The scraping therapy,as a TCM therapy,has the effects of tonifying deficiency and reinforcing healthy qi,dispelling phlegm and unblocking collaterals,and activating blood and resolving stasis.This article analyzes the connotation of the theory of deficiency,phlegm,and stasis and its relationship with KOA,explores the diagnostic characteristics of the scraping therapy,explains the therapeutic mechanism of this therapy for KOA,and summarizes the significant therapeutic effect of scraping therapy on KOA based on clinical case analysis.This study aims to provide new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of KOA.关键词
