Abstract
Acne is a common skin disease that affects appearance.The liver and spleen are characterized by yin in property and yang in function.The liver governing blood storage has the function of promoting the free flow of qi and relieving depression.The spleen promoting harmony and controlling blood has the function of transforming and transporting nutrients.These two organs are closely connected physiologically and influence each other pathologically.Disharmony between the liver and spleen leads to disordered blood and qi circulation,dampness stagnation,closure of striae and interstice,and imbalance of the skin barrier homeostasis,resulting in acne.In the pathogenesis of acne,dampness is a major pathological factor,and stagnation is present throughout the entire disease process.In treatment,considering the physiological characteristics of the liver and spleen,nourishing medicines can be used to moisten and support the body,while pungent and dispersing medicines can be used to regulate the function,resolve depression,and restore homeostasis.This approach harmonizes yin and yang and balances the functions and properties of organs.关键词
