从生物网络角度探讨中药治疗冠心病合并抑郁焦虑状态(双心疾病)作用机制的研究进展
Progress in Therapeutic Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Depression and Anxiety(Psycho-Cardiological Abnormality)Based on Biological Networks

Abstract
Psycho-cardiological abnormality with coronary heart disease(CHD)refers to CHD combined with mental and psychological disorders such as depression,anxiety,and insomnia,where traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)demonstrates unique advantages in the treatment.Systems biology and network pharmacology provide an integrated research approach to elucidate the active components,targets,and multi-pathway synergistic mechanisms of TCM,aligning with both the holistic view and the multi-component and multi-target synergy characteristic of TCM.Studies suggest that TCM may exert effects by inhibiting inflammation and alleviating oxidative stress.However,the available studies still have limitations in reliability,standardization,and verifiability.This article reviews the research progress in the therapeutic mechanisms of TCM for psycho-cardiological abnormalities with CHD based on biological network-related technologies,through searching the related publications against databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed in the past 20 years.The review aims to provide references for the standard application of TCM in clinical practice and promote the further application and development of TCM characteristic therapies in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.关键词
