Applications and Clinical Case Illustrations of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction

Abstract
This article commences with a comprehensive review of the historical evolution of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction,as well as the perspectives and understandings of medical authorities from different dynasties.Leveraging the theoretical frameworks of the Huangdi's Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)and subsequent medical scholars,it conducts an in-depth analysis of the clinical applications of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction.Subsequently,through a meticulous examination of specific case studies,the article delves into the application of this formula in treating a diverse range of ailments,including night sweats,goiter,pruritus,and various menopausal and pre-menopausal symptoms.Furthermore,by systematically organizing modern clinical research findings,this paper explores the distinct advantages of Danggui Liuhuang Decoction in treating the syndrome of yin deficiency and effulgent fire,as well as its application potential in modern medicine.关键词
