高校学生结核病防治信息知晓现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the current status and influencing factors of tuberculosis pre-vention and control information awareness among university students

Abstract
Objective To understand the awareness of core information on tuberculosis prevention and control and the situ-ation of receiving health education among college students.Methods Using a simple random sampling method,654 univer-sity students from Shandong Province between May and July 2025 were selected as the study subjects.A questionnaire on the awareness rate of core knowledge about tuberculosis among university students in Shandong Province was administered for investigation.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression were employed to analyze the influencing factors of the awareness rate of core tuberculosis prevention and control information among university students.Results The total aware-ness rate of core information on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students was 84.77％,with the highest awareness rate for the item the lowest for"whether tuberculosis can be cured"(75.08％).The awareness rate of all core information on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students was 51.07％.The awareness rate of core information among female students,medical majors,students who have tuberculosis patients around them,senior year students,and students who have received health education was higher than that among male students,non-medical majors,students who were unsure whether there were patients around them,lower-year students,and students who had not received health education,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).No statistically significant differ-ences was observed in the awareness rates among students of different household registration types or academic performance levels(P＞0.05).The multivariate analysis revealed that female gender(β=0.384,OR=1.484,95％CI:1.063-2.079),en-rollment in a medical major(β=0.713,OR=2.040,95％CI:1.386-3.003),uncertainty about having tuberculosis cases a-mong acquaintances(β=-0.723,OR=0.485,95％CI:0.307-0.766),and receiving tuberculosis health education(β=0.570,OR=1.768,95％CI:1.141-2.741)were independent influencing factors for the comprehensive awareness rate of core tuber-culosis prevention and control knowledge among university students(P＜0.05).Mass media and new media on the Internet were the main and expected channels for college students to obtain health education.Conclusion The awareness rate of core information on tuberculosis prevention and control among college students has reached the national planning target,but there is still room for improvement.Efforts should be focused on strengthening the education of male students,non-medical major students,and those who have not received health education.关键词
