摘要

Abstract

Sepsis is a common clinical infectious critical illness.The acute lung injury(ALI)it causes,with its high inci-dence and mortality rate,has become a difficult problem in critical care medicine.The current western medical treatments have reached a bottleneck in improving prognosis.The traditional Chinese medicine injection Xuebijing,composed of saf-flower,salvia miltiorrhiza,etc.,exerts protective effects by regulating inflammatory responses and improving microcircula-tion.It has shown positive efficacy in reducing the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with sepsis and ALI and in reducing the incidence of organ failure.In recent years,it has become a research hotspot in the field of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.However,existing studies have obvious limitations:first,the sample size of high-quality clinical studies is insufficient,and the strength of evidence-based medical evidence is weak.Second,most of the mechanism studies are macroscopic efficacy observations,and the explanations of the mechanisms of regulating inflammation,coagula-tion,immunity,and endothelial cells are not in-depth,and the regulatory effects on key targets need to be verified.In view of this,this article reviews the relevant research and explores the biological mechanism of Xuebijing in the intervention of sepsis-induced ALI at the molecular level,providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the clinical plan of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with targeted intervention,and promoting the standardized application and development of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of critical illness.
