可见光诱导钴催化烯丙基叠氮类化合物的合成
Photo-induced cobalt-catalyzed synthesis of allylic azides
摘要
Abstract
Using 1,3-dienes as substrates and azidetrimethylsilanes as nucleophilic azide sources,a novel photo-induced cobalt-catalyzed regioselective 1,2-hydroazidation of 1,3-dienes were reported.A series of allyl azides were synthesized in moderate to good yields.The use of 2,4,6-trimethylpyri-dine trifluoromethanesulfonate as hydrogen source obviated the need for stoichiometric oxidant or re-ductant.Mechanistic studies have shown that this reaction involves a catalytic cycle from Co(Ⅰ)to Co(Ⅳ).The reaction conditions were mild and easy to operate,and the products were correctly iden-tified by 1H NMR,13C NMR and high-resolution mass spectrometry.关键词
