摘要
Abstract
In response to the demands of plastic pollution control and low-carbon transformation of road engineering, this paper proposes a dual-blending modified asphalt technology of thermoplastic/thermosetting recycled plastics. The mix ratio was optimized through the L9(34)orthogonal test. The optimal parameters were determined based on indicators such as Marshall stability, rutting stability and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio, and an environmental benefit evaluation method was proposed.Meanwhile,a 2500-meter test road was paved to verify the long-term performance. The results show that 25%LDPE+60%epoxy resin particles(mixed at 170℃,5.4%oil-to-stone ratio)make the rutting stability of the mixture reach5 680 times/mm(99.3%higher than the conventional),and the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio is89.2%.During the10-month service period, the rutting depth was only3.2 mm,and the lateral crack rate decreased by64.9%.The carbon emissions per kilometer are 87.5tCO2e,with a reduction of 6.8%.This technology achieves a coordinated improvement in road performance and environmental benefits.关键词
