Abstract
To study the influence of fine aggregates on the properties of SHCC matrix,by preparing concrete specimens with different fine aggregate dosages and conducting expansion, fluidity and mechanical testsrespectively, the effects of fine aggregate dosages under different sand-binder ratios on the particle size distribution, working performance and mechanical properties of the matrix powder were systematically investigated. The test results show that:With the increase of the sand-binder ratio, the powder particles become coarser as a whole, and the cumulative pass rates of each particle size all show a downward trend. The increase in the dosage of fine aggregates has a significant impact on the optimal water-binder ratio. When the sand-binder ratio increases from 0.36 to 0.84,the optimal water-binder ratio increases from 0.320 to 0.420.The compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strain of SHCC increase first and then decrease with the increase of the sand-binder ratio. When the sand-binder ratio is 0.6,the mechanical properties are the best.At this time, the compressive strength, flexural strength and tensile strain increase to 36.59 MPa,25.79 MPa and 5.51%respectively.The final determined optimal mix ratio of SHCC is cement:fly ash:fine aggregate:water:water reducing agent=1:2:1.8:1.065:0.045 vol%.关键词
