摘要

Abstract

The sealing performance of downhole high-temperature safety valves depends on the mechanical properties of the metal C-shaped sealing ring,a key component,and its structural parameters have a significant impact on the sealing.The influence law of the matching changes in the inner and outer diameters of the C-shaped sealing ring on the inner and outer sealing contact stresses is investigated,and based on this,an optimization model for the structural parameters of the sealing ring is established.To overcome the limitations of single-factor analysis and manual modeling in traditional research,a set of automated joint simulation models based on Python,SolidWorks,and ANSYS is constructed,and high-throughput analysis is carried out on the variable structural parameters.Based on the finite element analysis results of 120 groups of full-factorial experiments,the coupling mechanism of the inner and outer diameters on the bilateral contact stresses and the stress difference is revealed.Accordingly,a stress prediction model for the contact stress on the piston rod side and the piston sleeve side is established.Further,by introducing stress equilibrium constraints,the combination criteria for the inner and outer diameter parameters to achieve the optimal bilateral stress equilibrium are determined,and an empirical formula for balancing the contact stress is provided.
