Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of tele-rehabilitation nursing based on Erikson's psychosocial development theory on self-identity and psychological resilience in children with scoliosis.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 64 children with scoliosis admitted to Henan Children's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the intervention protocol,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment combined with basic nursing care,while the observation group was given tele-rehabilitation nursing based on Erikson's psychosocial development theory on the basis of routine treatment and basic nursing care.The children's self-concept scale(CSCS)and the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to evaluate the children in the two groups before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the total scores of CSCS and CD-RISC between the two groups(P>0.05).Three months after the intervention,the total scores of the two scales in both groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(all P<0.001),and the total scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=7.355,P<0.001;t=8.641,P<0.001).Conclusion Tele-rehabilitation nursing based on Erikson's psychosocial development theory can significantly improve self-identity and psychological resilience in children with scoliosis by formulating phased personalized rehabilitation plans and ensuring that rehabilitation goals meet the psychological development needs of children.Its long-term efficacy needs to be further verified.
