首诊癫痫患儿家长恐惧疾病进展的现状及影响因素分析
Current status and influencing factors of fear of progression in parents of newly diagnosed epileptic children

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status of fear of progression(FoP)in parents of children with newly diagnosed epilepsy,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods From June 2021 to June 2024,a total of 163 children with newly diagnosed epilepsy in Children's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and their parents were selected as the participants.All parents were assessed using the general information questionnaire,the fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF),the social support rating scale(SSRS),and the simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).Multiple linear regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of FoP.Results The total score of FoP-Q-SF in parents of children with newly diagnosed epilepsy was 39.59±8.63.There were significant differences in FoP-Q-SF scores among parents with different genders,ages,educational levels,social support levels,and coping styles(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that parental age<25 years(95%CI:1.181 to 1.629),educational level of junior high school and below(95%CI:1.558 to 2.174),low level of social support(95%CI:1.570 to 1.865),and negative coping style(95%CI:1.528 to 1.859)were risk factors for FoP in parents of children with newly diagnosed epilepsy(P<0.001).Conclusion The level of FoP in parents of children with newly diagnosed epilepsy is relatively high,and it is closely related to parental age,educational level,social support level,and coping style.关键词
