基于LDA-ARIMA的无人机关键共性技术主题识别与演化研究
LDA-ARIMA-based Identification and Evolution of Key Generic Technology Themes in UAVs

Abstract
Patents,as key carriers of technological capability,contain essential information on industrial innovation.Using patent data from DJI unmanned aerial ve-hicles(UAVs)as the research sample,this study develops an analytical framework that integrates LDA-based topic mining,four-dimensional evaluation,and ARIMA-based evolution forecasting to identify and analyze key technology themes.Nine major generic technology themes are identified in the UAV domain,including protective structural de-sign,imaging and photography technology,plant protection spraying devices,and data processing technologies.Analysis of their evolution reveals distinct development pat-terns:some foundational technologies have reached a mature and stable stage,while several emerging cross-disciplinary technologies continue to grow steadily.Based on these insights,strategic recommendations are proposed to help UAV enterprises in un-derstanding technology evolution trends.关键词
