Abstract
Epoxy resin foam materials exhibited excellent performance and were widely used in the aerospace and military industries.In practical production and application,stringent requirements were imposed on their performance and storage life.Epoxy resin foam materials were prepared by the chemical foaming method,and their storage life was investigated via hot air accelerated aging tests based on the Arrhenius equation.The results show that oxygen in the air is an important factor affecting their thermal stability and service life.Through hot air aging tests,the relationship between aging time τ and absolute aging temperature T was obtained when the tensile strength decreased by 10%and 20%.It was calculated that at 25℃,the corresponding storage life was 35.65 years when the tensile strength decreased by 10%and 60.10 years when the tensile strength decreased by 20%.关键词
