基于数据挖掘探讨辽宁中医治疗胃溃疡用药特点
Exploration of the Characteristics of Medication Used in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer in Liaoning Chinese Medicine Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To investigate the patterns and characteristics of medication used in the treatment of gastric ulcer in the affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide a reference for the clinical use of medication in gastric ulcer.Methods The prescriptions of the department of spleen and gastroenterology of affiliated hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine for treating gastric ulcer were retrieved and screened,and the contained Chinese herbs were analyzed for frequency of use,attribute analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis through the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform.Results 123 cases of gastric ulcer were included,and 182 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were obtained.The commonly used Chinese herbs were Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),etc.;the properties of the medicines were mostly warm,flat,slightly cold,and cold,and the flavors of the medicines were mostly bitter,sweet,and pungent,and most of them belonged to the spleen,stomach,lung,and liver meridians;the association analysis yielded 16 combinations of the medicines;the clustering analysis yielded 5 classes of medicines;and the complex network analysis yielded the core prescriptions:Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Fuling(Poria),Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma),Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Houpo(Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex),Baiji(Bletillae Rhizoma),Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Yanhusuo(Corydalis Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Zhigancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle),Ketengzi(Entadae Semen),Dangshen(Codonopsis Radix).Conclusion Liaoning Chinese medicine treats gastric ulcers by dredging the liver and regulating Qi,drying dampness and strengthening the spleen,and at the same time clearing heat,activating blood circulation,relieving pain,and astringing sores.Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散)and Sijunzi Decoction(四君子汤)are often used as the basic formula for diagnosis and treatment.For the treatment of the active stage,the use of heat-clearing medicines is emphasized.关键词
