基于焦炭综合热性能对高炉用焦的研究
Study on blast furnace coke based on comprehensive thermal properties

Abstract
By analyzing the traditional thermal performance indexes CRI/CSR of coke for large blast furnaces,it is found that the technical indexes of some blast furnaces(such as coke rate,coal rate and utilization coefficient)still fluctuate greatly when the CRI/CSR indexes are relatively stable.During the statistical period,with the change of time,the coke rate shows a gradual upward trend,while the coal rate and utilization coefficient show a gradual down⁃ward trend.The results show that although the CRI/CSR indexes of coke are at a high level and relatively stable,they do not bring long⁃term stable operation effect to the blast furnace.Although the production performance of the blast furnace is related to many factors,the inaccurate evaluation of coke quality for blast furnace may be a very im⁃portant influencing factor,that is,it is still insufficient to evaluate coke quality only by CRI/CSR indexes.There⁃fore,using the comprehensive thermal performance indexes that can simulate the solution loss behavior of coke in the blast furnace,combined with the CRI/CSR indexes,to comprehensively evaluate the quality of blast furnace coke and further optimize the coke structure for blast furnace is of great significance to ensure the stable production of blast furnace and realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement.关键词
