湿秸秆的二氧化碳微波气化特性
Carbon dioxide microwave gasification characteristics of wet straw

Abstract
In order to realize the low-carbon gasification of wet straw,silicon carbide was used as the wave absorbing agent and heat transfer medium in the microwave field,and CO2 was used as the gasification agent to explore the characteristics of microwave gasification.After mixing corn straw,rice straw or wheat straw of different moisture contents with silicon carbide in a mass ratio of 3∶1,CO2 was introduced to gasify the wet straw in a microwave field.It was found that in the process of silicon carbide-assisted microwave gasification,the surface of the three straws changed from smooth to porous.After the ash-free straw with a moisture content of 60%was gasified in a 700 W microwave field for 1.5 min,the porous carbon produced had a BET specific surface area of 1 641.15 m2/g.When the flow rate of CO2 was 0.6 m3/(kg·min),the gas production rate,carbon conversion rate and volume fraction of the effective components all reached their peaks.With the increase of water content,the gas production rate,carbon conversion rate and volume fraction of the effective components all increased slowly in the early and late stages,and increased rapidly in the middle stage.关键词
