Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Internet Celebrity Restaurants in the Main Urban Area of Hangzhou

Abstract
The study of the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of internet celebrity restaurants plays a vital role in deepening the cognition of the spatial location of internet celebrity restaurants and promoting the spatial layout optimization and high-quality development of the catering industry under the internet era.The article uses the methods of the kernel density,the spatial autocorrelation and stepwise regression analysis to analyze the spatial distribution pattern and influencing factors of internet celebrity restaurants in the main urban area of Hangzhou.The results show that,(1)The overall nuclear density distribution trend of internet celebrity restaurants in the main urban area of Hangzhou is"three axes,four cores and two sub-center",and there is an obvious spatial agglomeration state near the city center.(2)There are similarities and differences in the distribution pattern of hot spots and cold spots among the five types of internet celebrity restaurants with different per capita consumption levels,and the agglomeration of low-grade and high-end internet celebrity restaurants is more obvious.(3)Low-grade internet celebrity restaurants have strong dependence on schools,residential areas,companies and main roads,and are relatively inadequate in store environment.While high-grade internet celebrity restaurants are more strongly affected by the land price level,shopping centers,public transportation,tourist attractions and distance from downtown,and they need to improve the taste of food to enhance the popularity.关键词
