农业机械电气系统优化设计及试验
Optimization design and experimental research of agricultural machinery electrical system

Abstract
Electrification of agricultural machinery is the fundamental system for achieving intelligence and precision in agricultural machinery.In response to the problems of low control accuracy,slow response speed,and low energy utili-zation rate in traditional electrical systems,this paper constructs an overall electrical system architecture consisting of sensor acquisition,controller decision-making,actuator driving,and communication network.PID adaptive regulation and CAN bus data fusion technology are introduced to achieve precise control and real-time data interaction under mul-tiple working conditions.Based on the requirements of working conditions,optimization design is carried out for motor driving,power management,and load distribution.Field experiments have shown that the optimized electrical system re-duces response time by 28.6%,improves operational accuracy by 21.4%,and reduces unit energy consumption by 17.8%,providing technical support and practical basis for the intelligent upgrading and energy-saving development of agricultural machinery.关键词
