摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the constant crest width variable pitch screw requires high machining accuracy in applications such as mechanical transmission,plastic extrusion and compression molding,which is difficult to meet by traditional methods,this paper establishes a mathematical model of the constant crest width variable pitch thread based on the FANUC CNC system and combined with the geometric characteristics and forming principle of the screw,clarifies the thread profile,variable pitch law and machining allowance distribution.Then,by using the macro programming function of the FANUC system,the variable pitch is parameterized to realize the automatic generation of tool paths and real-time interpolation control.Combined with G-code and macro variable call technology,the multi-stage machi-ning path planning from roughing to finishing is completed.The experimental results show that while ensuring the precise control of pitch variation,this method improves the machining efficiency by 25%compared with the traditional segmen-ted programming method,controls the thread profile error within±0.02 mm,and achieves a surface roughness of Ra 1.6 μm,meeting the requirements of high-precision screw machining.The research results can provide technical refer-ence and implementation scheme for the CNC machining of complex variable pitch thread parts.关键词
