摘要

Abstract

Seed damage in cauliflower affects seed quality and value,and also influences germination,seedling emergence,and seedling growth and development in production.This study investigated the influence of seed damage degree on germina-tion rate,seedling emergence rate,and seedling growth.This study provides a theoretical basis for cauliflower seed production and propagation.The results showed that undamaged seeds(Treatment A,the seeds are intact,with no damage to the seed coat)performed the best in terms of germination rate,seedling emergence rate,plant vigor,and dry matter accumulation.With the increase in the degree of seed damage,the germination rate,seedling emergence rate,plant vigor,and dry matter accumulation performance gradually deteriorated.This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for cauliflower seed production.
