滇西南橡胶白粉病病原菌鉴定及流行规律探究
Identification and Epidemiological Regularity of the Pathogen Causing Rubber Powdery Mildew in Southwest Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
Through the investigation of rubber tree field cultivation in the Pu'er area,it was found that rubber trees are gen-erally affected by powdery mildew.To clarify its pathogenesis,morphological identification of the pathogen was conducted using a microscope,and the epidemiological regularity of rubber tree powdery mildew was explored.The results showed that the pathogen of rubber tree powdery mildew is Oidium heveae.The apical conidia are unicellular,colorless,and elliptical.Its occurrence and prevalence are comprehensively influenced by three factors:rubber tree phenology,climate,and overwintering pathogen population.Rubber tree powdery mildew can occur throughout the year,but it is most prevalent when rubber trees sprout a large number of young leaves in spring.Low-temperature and rainy weather are favorable climatic conditions for the epidemic of the disease.The research scheme and results can provide references for the morphological identification and con-trol measures of rubber tree powdery mildew.关键词
