Abstract
Through the organization and management of the successful completion of the grid connection work of the Niulanjiang Hongshiyan Barrier Lake Remediation Project hydropower station,this paper summarizes the key issues,processes,and nodes during the unit commissioning process.It provides a comprehensive and systematic summary from the perspective of power generation enterprises in terms of internal organization and external coordination and management during the new operation process,which can solve the management pain points of the transition from engineering construction to production and operation of integrated hydropower projects,enabling the smooth operation of power stations and providing experience and reference for the operation of new hydropower projects.关键词
